1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service

Información Localizada S.A.S. — trading as Servinformación —, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia ("Servinformación"), makes these Terms of Service (the "Terms") available to you in connection with the Holding Información Localizada Portal (the "Portal").

By accessing, signing in to, or using the Portal, you state that you have read and understood these Terms and expressly declare that you know and accept them unconditionally. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Portal.

By using the Portal, you authorize the collection, processing, and use of information related to your use of the services, in accordance with the Privacy Notice available at /privacy.

2. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is a corporate tool, provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, intended for Servinformación's authorized collaborators, contractors, leaders, and clients for the comprehensive management of its professional services. Through the Portal, the User may:

• Manage projects, staff assignments, and track team capacity.
• View billing, profitability, and business opportunity information associated with ongoing projects.
• View success stories and results achieved across different clients and sectors.
• Manage human talent: organizational structure, skills, training plans, and certifications.
• Manage legal and documentary matters through the LexGO module.
• Monitor security and detect anomalies in cloud infrastructure through ServiRadar, and manage credentials through Radar Keys.
• Administer the organizations (companies) enabled within the platform, for users with administrative privileges.
• Access any other module, feature, or service Servinformación may add to the Portal in the future, which will be subject to these same Terms.

3. Access, registration, and authentication

Access to the Portal is granted exclusively through Google Sign-In, linked to the corporate email address authorized by your organization. Servinformación does not offer independent user registration or Portal-specific passwords.

Access to the different modules and information within the Portal is conditioned on the permissions, role, and organization you belong to, which are administered by Servinformación or by your organization's authorized administrators.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your session. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify habeasdata@servinformacion.com immediately.

You may revoke, at any time, the access granted to the Portal through your Google account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

4. Use by minors

The Portal is intended exclusively for Servinformación's corporate collaborators, contractors, and clients who are 18 years of age or older. Minors must not access, register for, or use the Portal's services. Servinformación does not knowingly collect information from minors, and if you are a minor, we ask that you refrain from using the Portal. The parents, guardians, or custodians of any minor who accesses the Portal will be responsible for such use.

5. Intellectual property rights

Servinformación holds all rights over the Portal's software, as well as the industrial and intellectual property rights over the content, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and databases included in it, and reserves all copyrights, including those not expressly mentioned in this document.

Intellectual property over the Portal's content is part of Servinformación's assets or, where applicable, belongs to third parties who authorized its use within the platform. The text, graphic elements, presentation, and layout of the Portal are the exclusive property of Servinformación.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the Portal's content is prohibited. Failure to comply with this provision may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law in Colombia.

6. Legal notice and changes to the service

Servinformación reserves the right to modify, supplement, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the Portal and the content generated through its use, at any time, when it deems it necessary for operational, technical, or security reasons.

Servinformación likewise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication at this same address. Continued use of the Portal after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The User's use of the Portal is at their own risk. Servinformación does not guarantee that the Portal is compatible with any computer, tablet, phone, or other device; the User is responsible for ensuring that their systems work properly with the service.

7. Processing of personal data and privacy

In accordance with Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution and Law 1581 of 2012, Servinformación has adopted the Privacy Notice available at /privacy, in order to protect the privacy of the personal information it obtains through the Portal — including information obtained through Google Sign-In — and to preserve its confidentiality, security, accuracy, and restricted circulation.

By using the Portal, you acknowledge and agree that Servinformación may access, retain, and, when legally necessary, disclose information associated with your account, if it believes in good faith that doing so is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with applicable laws, regulations, or requirements from competent authorities; (b) enforce these Terms, including investigating possible violations; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Servinformación, its users, or third parties.

8. User duties, limitations, and prohibitions

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the Portal and, in particular, agrees not to:

• Use the Portal for unlawful purposes, or purposes contrary to the law, morality, good customs, or public order.
• Damage, disable, overload, or impair the Portal, its infrastructure, or the services provided through it.
• Introduce offensive, defamatory, or threatening content into the Portal, or malicious programs, viruses, or other mechanisms designed to capture, damage, or distort the information contained in it.
• Make false or misleading statements about your identity or your employment or contractual relationship with Servinformación, or impersonate another user.
• Access or attempt to access modules, information, or accounts of other users for which you do not have express authorization.
• Carry out technical activities aimed at breaching, circumventing, or interfering with the Portal's security, authentication, or administration controls.
• Engage in unlawful conduct such as cyberattacks, interception of communications, copyright infringement, identity theft, or providing false information.
• Alter, remove, or misuse Servinformación's or third parties' trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs that appear on the Portal.

Servinformación reserves the right to take the administrative and legal actions it deems appropriate against any User who, in its judgment, makes improper use of the Portal, including immediate suspension or termination of access. The User will be responsible for indemnifying any damage caused to Servinformación or third parties as a result of their actions.

9. Technical support

Servinformación provides support channels for the users and clients of its professional services, available through the support portal https://sac.servinformacion.com/ and the email habeasdata@servinformacion.com for personal-data-related inquiries.

Technical support provided by Servinformación includes handling requests related to the operation of the Portal and its modules, technical questions, and escalation to the corresponding teams. Support does not include the development of new features not contemplated within the scope of the Portal, unless expressly agreed between the parties.

Servinformación may, at any time, monitor the User's compliance with these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination of access

Servinformación reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the access of any User who violates these Terms, the Privacy Notice, or any applicable legal provision.

Termination of the employment, contractual, or commercial relationship between the User and Servinformación (or the organization they belong to) will result in the revocation of their access to the Portal.

11. Legal notes and limitation of liability

Servinformación does not guarantee that the Portal will be free of interruptions or errors, and assumes no liability for damages arising from connectivity failures, the User's device, or temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

Servinformación will not be liable for any damage or virus that may affect the User's equipment or device as a result of accessing or using the Portal, unless such damage is a direct consequence of Servinformación's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Unless otherwise stated, all notices and communications related to these Terms must be made in writing, through the emails and official channels indicated in this document.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any conflict or dispute arising from their compliance will first be resolved through direct settlement between the parties; if no agreement is reached, the matter will be submitted to the competent judicial authorities of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

13. Changes and contact

Servinformación may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect regulatory, technological, operational, or functional changes to the Portal. The current version will always be available at this same address.
